Support NYCC and NYC in the face of COVID-19
In the face of COVID-19, the New York Chamber Choirs have postponed our spring 2020 concert. We're crushed not to be able to present this stellar program to our audiences when we'd planned, but that's not the only problem: our concerts are our biggest source of revenue, and like so many other artists and performing groups, we’re now in a tight spot.
Please consider donating today—even just the price of a concert ticket helps our organization offset the costs of our postponed spring season.
However, we recognize that NYCC’s sunk costs are a drop in the bucket compared to the hardships caused by this pandemic; that’s why during the month of May, 50% of your donation will go to the New York City COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund (which supports healthcare workers and other essential staff; local small businesses; displaced hourly workers, including immigrant workers; and families, youth, and vulnerable New Yorkers).
Your tax-deductible donation today means that we’ll be able to sing for you in person soon, in a safe and healthy New York City. Thank you so much for your support.
Thank you so much,
Maia McCormick, director
