NYCC is a non-profit, and a labor of love. We're committed to musical excellence that's accessible to all; unlike many choirs in New York, we don't charge our members dues or impose ticket sales requirements, and we strive to keep our ticket prices low so as many folks as possible can enjoy our music.

 

This means that we need some extra help to cover our expenses. A lot goes into running a choir: paying for rehearsal space, performance spaces, scores, and accompanists, as well as—in the current day and age—providing COVID safety supplies for those singers without access to them.
